Kolhapur Mega Medical camp


Kolhapur Medical Camp is Socio-cultural Activity Undertaken by Shree Aniruddh Upasana Foundation (SAUF). SAUF was incorporated as a charitable organization under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, in April 2005.
                 From the time of its inception, apart from pursuing its principal object of caring out upasana of sadguru shree aniruddh Bapu, SAUF along with its sister organisations such as Shree Aniruddha Aadesh Pathak (SAAP), Aniruddha's Academy of Disaster Management(AADM), etc. all Of which are registered charitable organisation, has undertaken various socio-cultural activities, with Divine blessings and inspiration of Param pujya Sadguru Aniruddh Bapu.
  • Kohlapur Medical Camp:
For the Welfare of the people in rural area's medical camps are being conducted. For the past five years, unique mega medical camp is being conducted in a backward area of kolhapur District, covering nearly 200 village.


  • Main Features of the camp :
1. General O.P.D.
2. Dental O.P.D.
3. Ophthalmic O.P.D
4. Pediatric O.P.D.
5. Orthopedic O.P.D.
6. Gynaec O.P.D.
7. Radiology ( X-Ray, Sonography, ECG)
8. Pathology Dept. ( Hb, Blood Sugar, ESR Testing)
9. Pharmacy ( Distribution of Medicines Free of cost)
10. Dressing Room
  • Major Activities of the Camp
Free medical check up of 16,300 villagers (including 7,639 students from 108 schools)


Distribution of medicines free of cost (Medicines, Tonics, Syrups, etc.)


  • Distribution of spectacles to the needy villagers, after their proper eye check up.
  • Distribution of 2 sets of Uniforms to school children. Distribution of used cloths to villagers . 15268 sets of uniforms were distributed to 7634 students during the camp 2008. (Uniforms are stitched using the cloth prepared under Charkha Yojana)
  • Distribution of candles & matchboxes to the school going children under the “Light of knowledge project” (Vidya Prakash Yojana)
  • Distribution of caps, slippers, sports materials for school children.

  • Distribution of Hygiene material such as water purification liquid, anti-lice lotion, tooth powder, soaps, combs, etc. and to make villagers aware about the importance of the hygiene in their day-to-day life.
  • Distribution of the used cloths & quilts under the “Warmth of love project” (Maayechi-Oob Yojana).

** Bhakta's can donate clothes for children in the age group of 5 to 12 years and Sarees for women for medical camp-2011 as these are required in large numbers at the time of distribution.
