How To Apply External Responsive Theme To Blogger

Here sharing a small tutorial on How to change the complete Blogger Template by External Template/Theme.

You may have noticed that nowadays  many blogger's  applying new responsive Template/Theme for their blog.

These new xml Template/Theme are looks more  impressive  than the regular old templates .

In this new templates you can highlight your important post through slider or specific arrangement of  lables .

• So lets go through this Step-by-Step Guide on  how to apply external templates to your blog.

First Search the template of your choice from sites like btemplates.com, www.templatezy.com etc. 

There are lots of sites out there providing you the Free Blogger Templates. Just google it.

 

• Once you decide your template download that template on your PC

After Downloading the suitable template  follow the instructions below:

• You'd have downloaded the zip file. 

• Extract the xml file by right clicking on the downloaded  file 

  

• Now come to your blogger dashboard, go to Templates

• Then you will get a backup / restore option . Its for taking the backup or uploading any new/old template in case if you want to do so.

• Click on Backup button you will get below  window 

 

• Here you can upload your xml file from PC . click on browse and select the downloaded .xml file(where you've extracted the zip file)
  

Finally click on upload. If there are no html errors in your new template it will be uploaded successfully.Still if there exists any problem/doubt please ask through comment box.
